Wind and sea at the Canary Islands seem to provide the observer with the same emotions created by late 1800s artists.

Intense and constant wind currents are typical of all seasons in the Canary Islands, and the clear sea is never the same. Protected in a small bay, water moves and creates a peculiar effect of distortion of the varied landscape under the surface.

Once photographed, the effect reminds the observer of those artworks of the impressionistic movement, when artists recreated on canvas emotions and visual perceptions which the landscape donated them in particular moments and under particular lights.
